Directions to Beach 95th St!!!
A few people have requested a more detailed set of directions, so here goes!
1. Find your way to a FAR ROCKAWAY bound A-Train. It will say FAR ROCKAWAY on the side of the train. If you are coming from Williamsburg, I usually take the L-Train to Broadway Junction and transfer to the A-Train there. If you are coming from the city, we usually meet at the 14th Street & 8th Ave. A-Train around 10 AM.
2. Get off the A-Train at Broad Channel. Wait for the S Shuttle, and hop on.
3. Get off at the first stop, which is BEACH 90th. (The next stop -Beach 98th street- is actually closer to where we meet up, but it’s closed for renovations until July.)
4. Almost there! Now walk towards Rockaway Beach Blvd. (might also be labeled Joseph Alcamo Blvd.). Take a RIGHT, then walk 4-5 streets until you get to Beach 95th St. and take a LEFT.
5. Walk down about 300 ft. and Connolly’s is on your right! It’s house with a red awning.
